You Choose the Training--We Pay You Back!

In addition to the training that we provide, you will be entitled to be reimbursed for training programs you pursue and complete.

Continued Education is Key to Your Success as an Agent

Today, many agents are disappointed in the level of training they receive at their current brokerage--Either little, none or just plain ineffective. 

Why? Because each individual has different needs and learning styles. For this reason, agents need to be able to choose the training programs that will work best for them.

Education Reimbursement 

We offer education reimbursement to all of our agents in the amount of up to $1,000 per year*, every year. And we encourage our agents to take advantage of it. We will reimburse you for courses, workshops, conferences, study materials, etc. Whatever educational tools you use to become a better agent!

*Education reimbursements are provided at close of escrow in increments of $500 per closed transaction.
